Emmanuel has wide-ranging experience working with and supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, complex mental illness, acquired brain injuries, and the geriatric population who display behavioural health challenges. He also has extensive specialized experience in supporting and training healthcare staff on how to remain safe in high-risk workplace settings.
Emmanuel believes in an evidence-based approach to safety as a key element to any successful behavioural support plan. He attempts to approach all situations from a trauma-informed lens that focuses on building strong relationships and rapport.
When Emmanuel isn’t working, he spends quality time with his family which includes his 4 beautiful daughters and his wife.
