


PEERS® Lite
PEERS® Lite is a streamlined, 7-week version of the PEERS® for Adolescents curriculum. Designed for motivated teens ages 11–17, this evidence-based program teaches essential social skills for making and maintaining friendships, as well as navigating conflict and handling rejection.
Teens attend 7-weekly group sessions.
Teens are taught social skills through didactic lessons and role-play demonstrations, and practice these skills during group socialization activities.
Following each 90-minute lesson, teens will have the opportunity to participate in unstructured social time with access to video games, board games and snacks.
