Social Saturdays
Teens will have the opportunity to participate in community outings together to practice transit skills, community safety, making purchases, social skills, and making friends!
Next group starts: January 2025
When: Saturdays 11 am to 3 pm
Meet up Location: Progressive Life Centre (#350 - 274 MacKenzie Ave, Ajax)
**Select outings will have meet up locations at Ajax GO or STC
Cost: $285/session includes the cost of activity & snacks (sessions from 11am - 4pm will cost $345)
Ages: 10 - 13 (Group A) & 14 - 17 (Group B)

*Must register for 4 weeks minimum to ensure time to assess and work towards goals.
Learners Registering Should Possess:
Joint attention skills, discrimination skills, motor imitation skills, the ability to follow common 1-2-step instructions, participate in sessions without caregiver assistance, ability to sit independently for 45 minutes, no safety concerns and challenging behaviour, no challenges with sensory regulation.
Group supervised by OAP approved clinical supervisor - eligible for reimbursement using funding for Core Clinical Services.
